SWIMMING





Swimming is movement by humans or animals in water, usually without artificial assistance. Swimming is an activity that is both useful and recreational for many species. Its primary uses are bathing, cooling, travel, fishing and escape. An individual's ability to swim can be judged by speed or stamina.
Animals with
lungs have an easier time floating than those without. Almost all mammals can swim by instinct.


Swimming is an excellent form of exercise. Because the density of the human body is very similar to that of water, the body is supported by the water and less stress is therefore placed on joints and bones. Therefore, swimming is frequently used as an exercise in rehabilitation after injuries or for those with disabilities.
Swimming is primarily an aerobic exercise due to the long exercise time, requiring a constant oxygen supply to the muscles, except for short sprints where the muscles work anaerobically. As with most aerobic exercise it is believed to reduce the harmful effects of stress. Swimming can improve posture and develop a strong lean physique, called, logically, a "swimmer's build": lean and spare throughout, with wide shoulders and a smaller lower body.


Really, it's my favorite sport, because is good for your body I would like to swim in my pool every days, but it's imposible because the weather in Cuenca not is hot.

SWIMMING

Swimming to be more than a sport practiced by the very people, serves as a natural medicine for many diseases, especially for the backbone and for the stress, because it is not an extreme sport but relaxing.
Therefore we must all swimming for a healthy life.

THE SWIMMING IS VERY INTERESTING, THIS SPORT IS A VERY IMPORTANT TO ME BECOUSE IS A FORM OF REHABILITATION FOR THE PEOPLE AND A WAY OF RELAXING I WOULD LIKE LEARN SWIMMING AND PRACTICE THIS SPORT VERY MUCH. I LIKE THIS :)

Swimming is one of the most important sports in the world, many people in the big cities as practiced much, it is very strengthening physical, it can do in different specialties chest, back, butterfly.

In Cuenca, there are several places where one is practise our university, which has excellent facilities for this sport, if it is a sport that relaxes the body and removes mental stress.

In the actuallity this is a sport, than is very famous among the people.. because nowadays the people want keep their bodies in form, and relaxin too.

Swimming aquatic sport is a fun sport in which duty have much ajilidad with your hands and feet to achieve speed, a clean sport in which the first to reach the goal wins
